FMCSA drivers

If your violation is under FMCSA, review your Clearinghouse record and designate a SAP there. The SAP reports specified RTD milestones; the employer reports the qualifying RTD test and completion of follow-up testing. A SAP does not upload your treatment plan to the Clearinghouse.

For FMCSA, check whether you can access your Clearinghouse account.
Have your employer or DER contact information available for the secure intake process.
Do not put test reports or sensitive health details into the public chatbot.

Other transportation work around Fresno

Transit

Bus and transit roles may be subject to FTA or another applicable testing program. Working for a transit organization does not make every role covered.

Airport and rail work

Fresno Yosemite International Airport supports passenger and cargo operations. FAA testing coverage depends on the covered safety-sensitive job; airport restaurant, retail, and other jobs are not automatically FAA-covered. Rail roles may be governed by FRA rules.

Agricultural hauling

Moving farm products does not by itself determine DOT testing coverage. Ask your employer whether your driving role is in an FMCSA-regulated CDL testing program and whether an applicable exemption affects it.
